Australian company mHITs launches its latest prepaid phone top-up service using bitcoin. What distinguishes BitMoby service from other similar offers is its global character - it already covers about half of all, worldwide telecommunication operators, located in more than 117 countries. To use this type of recharge, go to the BitMoby.com website. The only data we are required to provide when recharging through BitMoby is: the country in which the operator's network is located, phone number and email address to which the appropriate confirmation will be sent. After entering the above data, you choose the amount of credit and pay the equivalent in bitcoins to a unique, generated specifically for the transaction, bitcoin address. To avoid possible exchange rate fluctuations during the top-up, the current exchange rate is "frozen" for us for 10 minutes. The BitMoby service also covers all of Poland's largest mobile operators, including: Polkomtel (Plus), PTK Centertel (Orange), T-Mobile Poland or P4 (Play). The international scope of the BitMoby service will probably also prove useful for people traveling abroad. As assured by Harold Dimpel, the president of mHITs, the range of the service will be consistently extended to include other international telecommunications operators. Interestingly, at the moment it does not yet include Australian operators. This fact, however, is expected to change soon. The mHITs company has been operating since 2004, offering a wide range of mobile financial services - including, among others, international money transfer services.
