Market analyst with SeekingAlpha, Victor Dergunov, says that now is the time to invest in Bitcoin. He suggests that you should hurry up before it's too late. After a 15-month slump, green has finally arrived in the markets. The BTC/USD pair is trading more than 40 percent higher today compared to its mid-December value. That's why Dergunov says now could be a "great time" to invest in Bitcoin. "This is probably just the beginning of the next Bitcoin bull market," he - he suggests. Every bubble is bigger As Bitcoin's popularity grows, "the peak of a bull market is always much higher than the previous one," Dergunov says. What factors support this? It's finite supply, strengthening fundamentals such as rising daily transactions and network security. All this makes the analyst optimistic about BTC today - especially as a long-term investment. He also sees opportunity in the fact that BTC is not very popular yet: "Currently, only about 0.56% of potential users are exposed to Bitcoin, which means that almost 99.5% of the potential market is still untapped." He spices up his optimistic forecast with macroeconomic data: "(...) the cryptocurrency market is valued at $180 billion, while the global cash money supply is worth about $90.4 trillion." F**ck the system Little says the strength of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is also that they are outside the existing financial system. "Bitcoin and other digital assets act as alternative currencies and payment systems to the current financial status quo," -adds the analyst. As reported by Bitcoinist, chief investment officer at Ikigai Asset Management, Travis Kling, said in an interview with the website's reporter that more people are becoming open to the idea of Bitcoin as a hedge against the uncertainties of the current market. Kling is critical of current U.S. monetary policy and is pessimistic about the country's economic future: "Look at what's happening with monetary/fiscal policy. And U.S. policy is not like the EU, Japan and China. Close your eyes and imagine the next 5-10 years. Do you really think these 'experiments' will end well?"
