Followers of bitcoin cash will certainly be happy to hear that more merchants are adding this cryptocurrency to their range of available forms of payment. Even more so if a major brand like Dish and also Flow is involved. Dish Network Corporation, one of America's largest satellite television platforms has teamed up with cryptocurrency payment processor Bitpay. Using bitcoin cash, Dish subscribers will now pay for their standard subscriptions as well as movies or shows purchased through the pay-per-view service. As Dish's vice president and director of operations, John Swieringa, explains, the reasons why his company decided to accept payments via bitcoin cash (BCH) are the same as in 2014, when Dish set its sights on accepting bitcoin core (BTC). We added bitcoin cash just as we decided to accept bitcoin to serve customers who have taken a new way of doing business ... we have a steady volume of customers paying monthly with cryptocurrencies, and Bitpay will give us the ability to offer a wide range of choice and convenience for our customers." Another partnership with cryptocurrency payment processor BitPay has resulted in bitcoin cash payments being made available to merchants using Flow.io, a platform that provides logistical support for companies engaged in cross-border e-commerce. The acceptance of bitcoin cash will expand Flow's current range of over 60 payment types offered to customers in over 200 countries. Bitcoin and bitcoin cash are an ideal complement to Flow's platform for international e-business payments, facilitating trade in goods from countries where traditional payment methods are not available. - notes Sonny Singh, Chief Commercial Officer of Bitpay.
