There are some people whose access to social media should be taken away. These include US President Donald Trump, for example, but also a certain well-known businessman. Yes, that's Elon Musk, who yesterday dropped a new nuke on Twitter on the God-forsaken Bitcoin.  "Bitcoin is not my security password," he stated. Elon Musk doesn't think about BTC in intimate situations? Musk used the phrase "safe word" in a tweet (google it yourself if you don't know, we're embarrassed to explain it to you). During one of his Polish stand-ups, the performer suggested that the biggest problem with social media is that people have decided that they should publish everything they think about. There's a lot of truth in that, and Musk is a great example. To tell the truth, it's hard to even figure out what the new tweet is about (you know, the text about the atomic bomb from the introduction was written with a wink). Anyway, the Bitcoin price did not react to this tweet. If Musk had tweeted: "buy BTC", perhaps it would have been a different story. Does Musk love BTC? Although he often jokingly refers to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, Musk himself is more of a fan of new technology and blockchain. He has already joked that he would like to become the CEO of Dogecoin, another time he mentioned something about Ethereum. As you can see, he keeps his hand on the pulse and is interested in what is happening in the market. During the ARK Invest podcast, Musk also said that he thinks Bitcoin's structure is "pretty brilliant," then added that Ethereum and "maybe some other" cryptocurrencies have merit as well. However, he admitted that he is not a fan of Bitcoin's Proof of Work (PoW) algorithm, noting that it is a very energy-intensive process. Despite everything, it's good that the creator of Tesla and one of the most glamorous cars in the history of the world mentions cryptocurrencies from time to time. Today his Twitter account is followed by about 31 million users. Thus, each of his posts leads to increased awareness among internet users about BTC.
